Shipping & Returns


Once your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation receipt to the email address provided at check out. The order confirmation acts as an invoice and includes your order number and other relevant details.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

A product must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date in its original, unaltered condition with the tags still attached.

Refunds will be initiated within 14 business days of receiving your return. Once we initiate a refund a confirmation will be sent to the email address that has been provided at check out. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. VIHANGA withholds the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our return policy.

If a package has been damaged or opened during shipping, please photograph the damaged package, and file a claim with the shipping carrier.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address or has not been picked up from the local facility. The package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
